To ensure you are provided with great foundations to succeed, all new members get started via the CrossFit Basic Training program to learn the ropes and progress into timetabled training.
CrossFit Auckland coaches will teach you how to tailor workouts to your current fitness and skill capability, helping you move more efficiently to realise your athletic potential.
CrossFit Basic Training:
- Three 1-hour sessions a week for two weeks.
- Small group training in the foundation exercises.
- Advances your knowledge and technique to a level that will allow a smooth transition into group training classes.
