When you sign up at CrossFit Auckland you agree to the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully – they are important. We want you to get the most out of your membership and come as often as you can, however if you don’t there won’t be any refunds on unused time or unused membership entitlements. Prices are inclusive of advertised components, subject to expiry dates and are non transferable.
The only refund exception is for membership with a minimum term of 6-months or more. After a 3-month minimum term has passed, release from remaining balance may be granted for permanent disability or permanent relocation out of Auckland City for which we require written proof of eligibility. Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances.
CrossFit Auckland reserves the right to refuse purchase/entry on the grounds of minimum age, health and safety.
- Orders are processed and shipped up to two working days from the date when the order was placed. If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent by Tuesday.
- We don’t ship on national holidays or any other day that the Post Office regards as a “non working” day.
- Shipping rates can vary based on the location it’s shipped to, as well as the number and type of items you order (weight/size).
Product return policy
- All returns will be happily accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit, if there are manufacturing faults or damages, or if you don’t like the product but have not used it.
- Returns are subject to exchange for another size or product within the same price range, or a full refund excluding the shipping costs.
- Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the courier service.
- Shipping costs will have to be covered in total by you, the customer, however, if it is determined that the fault is our part (wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- In order for us to accept returns, an email notification must be sent to us within 3 days of the delivery date.
How to return or exchange your products
Before returning an item please email us within 3 days of the delivery date at email@example.com explaining why you are you returning it.
Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving our reply email. Send the item(s) in its arriving condition along with the original packing.
