To ensure you have great foundations to build upon, new members get started with four one-on-one personal training sessions before progressing into timetabled training. CrossFit Auckland coaches will on board you to the club equipment and culture, teach you how to tailor workouts to your current fitness and skill capability, and have you moving safely and more efficiently. Basic Training:
- Four 1-hour sessions scheduled with your Coach at times that suit you.
- Personal training in the foundation exercises.
- Advances your knowledge and technique to a level that will allow a smooth transition into group training classes.
