Harry has some availability open to take new Personal Training clients. This includes temporary availability in the afternoon where CrossFit Kids & Teens is usually scheduled, while they are on school holidays.
The majority of our personal training clients are family or friends of our class members, who prefer or require a one-on-one training atmosphere. If you know of someone who could benefit from personal training, or maybe you’d like to have a couple of sessions to work on something specific yourself, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org, or sessions can be purchased directly through our web-shop, and Harry will phone to book the training in.
More About Harry
Harry played a range of sports growing up, rugby union was his main sport and hobby for many years, playing for a range of representative teams in North Harbour, as well in the UK for a year. After an injury in 2016 Harry leaned away from rugby and towards the gym for exercise before eventually discovering CrossFit in late 2017.
While developing as both a CrossFit trainer and competitor, Harry also studied a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise for three years, majoring in the coaching element of the sport and exercise field. In addition to his degree, Harry has undertaken numerous CrossFit coaching courses including achieving Level 2 coach status, and has gained a substantial amount of experience through coaching a variety of classes at CrossFit Auckland.
With Harry’s background in rugby union, both playing and coaching, there is potential for additional skill development for rugby players and other sports persons, especially with goal kickers or backline rugby players. Utilising functional fitness, strength and speed training, Harry aims to benefit individuals to see their hard work pay off when it counts the most.
Harry’s passion to help others reach their goals, develop skills and achieve a greater quality of life, are seen through his coaching techniques; and he’d like to help you achieve your personal goals too.
