FOR TIME

Buy in – 600M Run  700M Row

  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 50 Push-ups

Cash out  – 600M Run  700M Row

Split the reps up however you like, one partner works whilst the other rests.
Run must be completed together each holding an end of a green band.
