    My first XLR8 class. And full disclosure, I set off with my team for the log run (Kent and Boris), but they both moved faster (even WITH the log) than I could run WITHOUT the log, so I didn’t really contribute to the log part. I did catch up to them and offer, but I think they took pity on my raggedy breathing and just kept going.

    The syncho log burpees were a bit more of a team effort. We broke them up 20-15-10-5. I don’t know what our overall time was, but I will say I will be sleeping LIKE A LOG tonight!
