    Part A
    I just worked with an empty 15kg bar for these movements. Bernie noticed I’m quite curved in my back for the RDL’s, so I was trying to tuck in my tummy/tailbone, and while I could definitely feel that more in my hamstrings, it did feel awkward.

    7 ring push ups
    21 SDHP @ 20kg

    I’ve done this a couple of times before, but either at a lighter weight or a more scaled version on the rings. I slightly faster, but also with more challenging movements, so a sneaky little PR to end the week :)
