Work to a max single for the day in 25min.

  • Snatch

Rest 2-5min between sets as necessary.

Then

Focus on hitting correct positions and technique.

70-75% of todays Snatch

  • Snatch Deadlift + Tall Snatch

QuickFit ~ 30min Express Workout

AMRAP 15MIN

  • 10 Front Squats 60/42.5KG * 45/30KG
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 20 Weighted Sit-ups

    My last successful lift was 30kg as a power snatch. I did try for 32.5kg a couple of times, but wasn’t able to land it.

    In the EMOM, I started with an empty bar and then worked up to 25kg for the last two sets. The tall snatch actually felt pretty good.
