MAX EFFORT MONDAY

Work to a max single for the day in 25min.

  • Overhead Squat

Rest 2-5min between sets as necessary.

Then

Focus on keeping tension in the legs and torso.

EMOM 12MIN

Odd : 8 Jumping Back Squats 20/15KG    6 reps

Even : 8 Plyo Split Lunges    6 reps

Scale to Back Squats and Alt Reverse Lunges if impact is a no-go.

    I jumped in and helped with judging on 19.2 so I didn’t really join the class proper today. Once I finished judging Sandra, I did some overhead squats while the EMOM piece was on. Good on you Sandra for doing the EMOM after 19.2!!!!

    I managed to get to 32.5kg, using the med ball as a target so I knew I was getting the correct depth. My PB is 37.5kg so I’m happy with that as I was kind of squishing it in. I will admit I was a bit distracted by the weight plates in the corner, I swear I have an OCD disorder!!
