    AMRAP 15: 10 + 12
    12 box jumps @ 16″
    2 rope pulls with bites

    I jumped to a lower height, one of the boxes from the lifting platforms. And I haven’t got rope climbs, so I did the rope pulls, lowering up and down with a rope bite for each rep. I managed to get in to the 11th round, so I’m pleased about that.

    Rest of minute in plank hold on elbows

    Um, yeah, this was harder than the WOD!!!! I tend to find a lot of core work makes my back quite sore (shows I’ve got a squishy core!!!!) so there was no way I was lasting the rest of the minute in plank hold. Harry starting shouting out when it was 15 seconds to go, so I was trying to last to that point, but even then, it was patchy.
