  • 750M Row
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups

Then 

2 ROUNDS FOR TIME

  • 20 Thrusters 50/35KG   37.5/25KG
  • 20 L-Pull-ups

Complete two rounds of each couplet for time.

Then

10MIN FOR QUALITY

  • Push-up Plank Hold on Rings 3-5 breaths
  • Single Arm Overhead Hold 3-5 breaths ea arm
  • Romanian Deadlift x 8 with 3-5 breath hold at bottom position, start light and keep bar pressed into your body

    20 Inverted Push-ups (from 30″ box)

    Then

    2 ROUNDS FOR TIME

    20 Thrusters 25KG
    20 Jumping Pull-ups

    Wow. This was brutal. The first part was okay, but I was pretty slow on the thrusters and jumping pull ups. Done in sets of five for both movements. The jumping pull ups were a bit faster, but I had quite big breaks between my thruster sets. Yuck.
