    We did some more skipping practice, and then a core piece. The WOD itself had a pick your poison element, so I chose 200m run for mine:

    AMRAP12 – 2 + 19
    200m run
    12 burpees
    12 fast snaps

    My first run was pretty fast (for me!), but it went downhill after that!
