    1RM Power Snatch

    My best lift today was 31kg. I did try for 32.5kg and 31.5kg, but missed both of those, so dropped the weight back till I got a successful lift. And I enjoyed the EMOM piece (done at 27.5kg) as it was good to practice the snatch pulls.
