BRING A FRIEND DAY

Bring your mates along at 9:15am this Saturday 2nd February to join you for a CrossFit workout!

Whether your friends would like to enjoy a workout with you, or they are interested in joining, this is a great way for them to train along side you and meet the coaches and other members of the club.

Remind them to bring water and a workout towel, and to keep it simple on the day, send them this link to pre-register for the Free Community Workout.
