  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Team Log Squats
  • Log Run 1.6km

Pull-up, Push-up and Squat reps may be partitioned however you wish.

During the Pull-ups and Push-ups one team member is recovering while two are working.  The squats are performed as a trio of three with a log.
