“RUDOLPH CLIMBS EVEREST”

21-15-9 ROUNDS FOR TIME

  • Back Squats 90/65KG
  • Strict HSPU

This is a Team Trio heavy metcon with one team member performing the 21 Round, one team member performing the 15 Round and one team member performing the 9 round.

The remaining two team members are performing the role of racking the bar. Once the loaded barbell is taken from the squat rack by the two team members, it must remain in the human rack for the entirety of the workout. If the barbell is dropped, the team must perform 20 synchronised burpees. Synchronised means that chests are touching the ground at the same time at the bottom of the burpee and are counted when you jump and clap overhead.
