Favourite WOD: Something long and endurance based / a Chipper.
What I hate to see on the board: Overhead Squats.
Favourite lift: Back Squats.
Biggest transformation I’ve experienced as a result of being with CrossFit Auckland: Stronger shoulders for stuff like gymnastics and Handstands has been a plus!
Most memorable CrossFit moment: The 300 Log squats at the Christmas comp won’t be easy to forget.
Before CrossFit: Mostly HIIT training / a bit of weightlifting.
Life outside CrossFit: Student/bartender/dog walker/new reader! I Like to keep myself super busy.
Favourite meal: Steak ?
Favourite movie: Any old Kubrick number.
Favourite band or artist:too difficult to answer.. any genre of music could get me up and going.
