“SANTAS SPRINT CHIPPER”

  • 60 Double Unders
  • 60 Box Jump Overs
  • 60 Dble Kettlebell Thrusters 24/16KG
  • 60 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups

This is a Sprint Chipper Race WOD. Each exercises must be completed in full before the team moves on to the next exercise.

1 Team Member can play a “safe card” to Opt-Out of 1 of the 5 exercises.

The work of each exercise must otherwise be shared as a team, with each team member performing a minimum work requirement of 10 reps per exercise.

  • 60 Hanging Knees to waist height
  • 60 Toe Spotted Ring Drips
