Suitable for members with minimum 1 month experience in CrossFit classes, up to those lifting approximately 60/42.5kg and under.
This 90min intensive course will cover skills and drills in :
Hang Clean and Hang Power Clean
Clean and Power Clean
Push Jerk and Split Jerk
The emphasis will be on understanding and achieving consistency in positions and bar path through each of the lifts.
INTERMEDIATE / EXPERIENCED
- 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Suitable for weightlifters with a bit more experience and the ability to Squat Clean and Jerk 60/42.5kg.
Similar to the novice workshop this 2-hour intensive weightlifting workshop will begin by drilling consistent positions in the Clean, Power Clean, Hang Clean and Hang Power Clean. Push Jerk and Split Jerk.
Skills and drills will be introduced and used to break down different elements of the clean and split jerk and identify where individuals need to improve.
