An Easy Plan to Follow

At week 5 of our 6 week Body Transformation Challenge I wanted to see how things were tracking. Pretty stoked. Down almost 5kgs and been a while since I could call myself a squeak.

It’s been a surprisingly easy plan to follow and am looking forward to getting my final measurements and skin-folds next week before moving onto Phase 2.

We partnering up with Amanda Foubister to help our members smash their goals has been one of the best decisions we’ve made, and working with her to keep improving the challenge each cycle has been awesome!

Weigh-ins are this week Thursday and Friday and the next Challenge begins on Monday 22nd February.
