CFAK Skunk Works crew

As you may already know, I was lucky enough to secure a spot at the CrossFit Games Australia Regional in two weeks time! The catch – I need help getting there! So as a fundraising stunt (with the help of a few CFAK boys who have willingly volunteered to bleed on the rings for me!), we’re going to do a 30 minute Muscle Up Marathon. Please show your support by getting behind one of us!

We’re hoping to get pledges-per-rep and try to get as many reps as possible in 30 minutes. We’ll gratefully accept any kindness donated and work hard for it: a buck-a-muscle-up; 20 cents per rep; a flat gold-coin donation… anything!

This is going to go down in-club at 6pm Thursday 16th – next week! Everyone’s welcome to come in and support, and pledge sheets will be at reception, or with the individuals: myself, Ryan, Hummer, Matty, Matiu and AP.

Any support would be very much appreciated!
