					<div class='et-box-content'>A lot of good times were had this past weekend at Mount CrossFit&#8217;s first ever event. CFAK were well represented with three Rx&#8217;d teams and one Scaled team making the trip down. We&#8217;re not sure how we did in the rankings, but not well enough to make it past the preliminaries this time. Mount CrossFit are planning to make their Team competition an annual event, so there&#8217;s always next year!</p>
<p>A few highlights from the weekend&#8230;</p>
<ul>
<li>Nearly every CFAK athlete PR&#8217;d their Fran time!</li>
<li>Sarah smashing out 168 reps in WOD3 &#8211; she only put the bar down twice in ten minutes!</li>
<li>Freda stepping up to her first Rx&#8217;d competition and doing awesome at all of it <img src='http://crossfitauckland.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </li>
<li>Horse knocking out (maybe the highest Rx&#8217;d male score..?) 138 reps in WOD3, and Bernie an equally impressive 108 reps in the same WOD!</li>
<li>The huge crowd cheering as Juliet locked out her 30kg Thrusters <img src='http://crossfitauckland.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </li>
<li>Shawn &amp; Pete, and Thor &amp; Gav banging out the partner Deadlifts in WOD2 like it was nothing!</li>

“Tabata Something Else”</p>
<ul>
<li>Pull-ups</li>
<li>Push-ups</li>
<li>Sit-ups</li>
<li>Air Squats</li>
</ul>
<p>Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.</p>
<p>Post Loads and total Tabata reps from all 32 intervals to comments.</p>
