A few highlights from the weekend…
- Nearly every CFAK athlete PR’d their Fran time!
- Sarah smashing out 168 reps in WOD3 – she only put the bar down twice in ten minutes!
- Freda stepping up to her first Rx’d competition and doing awesome at all of it
- Horse knocking out (maybe the highest Rx’d male score..?) 138 reps in WOD3, and Bernie an equally impressive 108 reps in the same WOD!
- The huge crowd cheering as Juliet locked out her 30kg Thrusters
- Shawn & Pete, and Thor & Gav banging out the partner Deadlifts in WOD2 like it was nothing!

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post Loads and total Tabata reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
