Lotsa kids are officially on summer holiday today. But what will they be getting up to? We know our CrossFit Kids have got plenty of CF Homework to do (NOTE: Make sure you all do it and submit your scores you cheeky monkeys, else there’ll be burpee-hell to pay in the new year
).
What are your kids up to this summer? Will they be active? Or will they be playing bloody nintendo and chattin’ on that bookface thing?
If you’re reading our blog then chances are you’ve got them squared away already. But if you don’t, maybe it’s time you introduced them to a life less picked-on. Teach them some fundamentals and get your spawn on the road to a life of elite fitness. They’ll love hangin out with you while you teach them how to WOD. Heck, once they’re trained up you can even send them back to the house to fetch another grown-up while you’re coughin’ up fur-balls after trying to keep up with them
