John's been off competing again!
“It is great to be back. I look forward to starting crossfit training again on Monday. enclosed is a photo of myself competing in the 800 metres race in the men’s 60 to 64 year age group at the 2012 New Zealand Masters Games in which I placed third. I also placed third in the 1,500 metres and fourth in the 10,000 metres road race.”
