I AM CROSSFIT! This will be a seven week program starting from
Saturday 1 September.
This I AM CROSSFIT edition is solely focussed on skill development in Olympic Weightlifting. The skill clinics will bridge the gap between novice/intermediate weightlifting skills already cemented during WOD classes and the competency required to progress to Barbell Club. While Barbell Club may not be the ultimate goal for everyone, this program will improve your weightlifting execution and efficiency as a CrossFitter in general.

A. Weightlifting
- Hang Clean AHAP x 2 x 5, rest 90sec
B. Strength
- B1. Clean Pull [115% of heaviest Hang Clean above] x 5 x 5, rest 60sec
- B2. Strict HSPU x 5 x 5, rest 60sec
C. MetCon
3 Rounds for time:
- 100-75-50 Double-unders
- 25 Wall Ball 9/6kg
- 15 CTB Pull-ups
