When I look at this picture of Jacques only the word "intensity" springs to mind. CrossFit's founder Coach Greg Glassman has said "Intensity is the independent variable most commonly associated with the rate of return on a favourable adaptation to exercise". In other words, intensity is what produces positive results from working out.
