It's been great to see that since the start of the club-wide "double-under embargo" that more and more CFAKers have mastered the elusive twice-under-the-feet-with-only-one-jump method. As with any skill, a little practice goes a long way!

In teams of two…

A. Partner WOD
AMRAP in 14 mins:

  • Partner A) AMRAP of: 10 Wall Ball 9/6kg, 10 Box-jumps 24″ with 9kg/20″ with 6kg
  • Partner B) 50 Double-unders

Partners switch places every 50 double-unders. Total AMRAP reps for score.

Then immediately (no rest)…

B. Partner WOD
AMRAP in 4 mins:

  • Partner Burpees
