Barbell must travel from the ground overhead in any way. (Clean and jerk, clean and push-press, snatch, etc…)

  • 60kg x 50 reps
  • 45kg x 67 reps
  • 30kg x 100 reps

2000kg Overhead Anyhow, for time (Women):

Same standard as the men. Here are the women’s options:

  • 40kg x 50 reps
  • 32.5kg x 62 reps
  • 25kg x 80reps
  • 17.5kg x 115 reps
