Followed by briefing and straight into heats. The competition will be complete by lunch time and we will have BBQ.

Each participant will be given their own personal fundraising link to raise pledges to support Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand. If every participant raise pledges of $100, our community will make a great contribution to a worthy cause.

CROSSFIT AUCKLAND COMMUNITY TAKE PART!!
Your friends and family are welcome, we had a wonderful community day last year with over 100 people present. We’ve added a Youth Division this year for 11 to 16 year olds, and if we’ve got enough friends and family who’d like to have a go, we’ll give them a quick skills lesson and run a “Fight Gone Friendly” event with a $5 donation on the day and mystery prize.
THIS EVENT IS FOR EVERYONE!! We’re really looking forward to sharing the day with you.
Divisions are:
- Prescribed Male & Female
- Scaled Male & Female
- Youth (11 to 16 yr olds)
- “Fight Gone Friendly” – for your non-crossfitter friends who want to have a go on the day
- As a Charity Fundraiser, we also have a MAJOR PRIZE for the MOST FUNDS RAISED, a PS3! So get registered now and start supporting the cause.
*As the events primary objective is fundraising for Prostate Cancer awareness, registrants must participate in fundraising to be eligible for prizes.

“Fight Gone Bad” the Workout
The event format is the prescribed 3 round CrossFit WOD ”Fight Gone Bad”. In this workout you move through five stations, each for one minute; this is a five-minute round, after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating twice (total 3 rounds).
The stations are:
- Wall-ball: Men 10kg ball, Women 5kg ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo Deadlift high-pull: Men 35kg, Women 22.5kg (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
- Push-press: Men 35kg, Women 22.5kg (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
