CrossFit Auckland's first impromptu class on Saturday afternoon was a bit more b-boy than CrossFit...
CFAK 3.0 Partner WOD
AMRAP 20 mins:
- 30 Squats
- Max reps Barbell Ground-to-Overhead anyhow 42.5/30kg
From the start you must perform 3 Burpees on the minute every minute for the duration of the 20 minute workout. Partner A starts on Squats while partner B begins amassing reps on the barbell. Once the 30 Squats are completed they switch places. The final tally of Barbell GTO reps is the team’s score. Post score to comments.

Folks sharing the final Albany Hwy box's WOD last night. How on earth we managed to make it work in such a small space amazes me! Wait til you all get a load of the new box...

This picture was taken almost three years ago to the day. CrossFit Auckland was just about to open doors on it's second evolution: the Albany Highway box. From this location we've accomplished a lot. We held New Zealand's first CrossFit seminars and certifications here. We've hosted New Zealand's largest CrossFit events. This "little gym that could" has even celebrated being the No. 1 Australasian affiliate team at the 2010 CrossFit Games. We can't wait to see what the next evolution of CrossFit Auckland will bring! Celebrate this last day here and get excited about coming to the new Triton Drive gym with us!
