At CrossFit Auckland we make getting started simple and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – CrossFit exercises are scaleable for everyone. Ready to go? Here’s how you get started: Option 1 - Join the CrossFit Member Induction programOur CrossFit Member Induction program is semi-private training of 1 to 6 clients for 3 classes per week for 3 weeks.
Great value at $200 for 9 sessions. If you’re ready to become a member, sign on and get started in our CrossFit Member Induction program. We’ll pre-schedule your class membership to commence when your induction program concludes. We’ll teach you fundamental exercises and movements that will set you up with CrossFit foundations. The aim is to progress your knowledge, technique and fitness to a level that will allow a smooth transition into the timetabled classes. We induct new members once per month. We are taking registrations now for FEBRUARY:
All nine sessions must be attended or made up via a private coaching session. If the program is booked out or you’re unable to attend the scheduled times, talk to us about a private coaching induction package. At the completion of the CrossFit Member Induction program you can start coming to any of the timetabled classes that work well with your schedule. We do not have beginner through advanced WODs (workout of the day). CrossFit workouts are adaptable to each individual and we find that members learn from the environment and enjoy the healthy dynamic that mixed level classes promote. Read our FAQs. Option 2 - I'm interested in the Women's Only ClassesJoin our CrossFit Member Induction program to learn the ropes. This is mixed gender semi-private training of 1 to 6 clients for 3 classes per week for 3 weeks. Only $200 for 9 sessions. At the completion of the CrossFit Member Induction program you can start coming to any of the timetabled classes that work well with your schedule.
Option 3 - I'd prefer Private CoachingThe CrossFit Auckland Private Coaching Induction package is a 1-on-1 introductory series designed to teach the CrossFit fundamental exercises, each session completing with a workout. A Private Coaching Induction package is also a great way to introduce your friends and family to CrossFit workouts, and can be purchased as a gift voucher. Upon completion of the CrossFit Auckland Induction series you will be encouraged to join as an ongoing class member (if you haven’t already). If you experience difficulty with any of the movement patterns, additional 1–on–1 sessions are recommended to achieve competency. Some people may also choose to continue with 1–on–1 private coaching to achieve sports specific or rehabilitation goals; availability is limited – please enquire directly. Terms & Conditions: The CrossFit Auckland Induction package must be completed as four consecutive weeks. Gift Vouchers carry a 3 month expiry date from the date of purchase. If the bearer of the package or gift voucher joins CFAK at the completion of the package, normal membership pricing, terms and conditions apply. Package price is inclusive of advertised components and is not available in conjunction with any other offer or special pricing discount. Any unused portion is non refundable or transferable, nor exchangeable for cash, and is void if on-sold.
