FREE-INTRO to CrossFit

We are looking for people who are willing to put in the effort in order to improve themselves. And, who will make a positive contribution to our already amazing and supportive CrossFit community. If you think that’s you, take some time to read our website and have your questions answered. If you like what you see, getting started is easy – join the CrossFit Member Induction program.

If you’re unsure if CrossFit is for you, give us a try – sometimes going through one of our workouts best explains what CrossFit is.

We offer a Free Trial Workout on Saturdays at 8am for first timers who live in Auckland. One of our coaches will greet you and share our gym’s philosophy. You’ll get a chance to do a workout, experience our community first hand, and if you’re ready – register for the CrossFit Member Induction.

The class begins with a group warm-up and explanation of the workout and exercises to be performed. The workout is adapted to each individual’s ability and experience.
