Welcome to CrossFit Auckland
At CrossFit Auckland we work hard, but have a great time. The atmosphere is welcoming and the workouts rewarding. There is nothing to be nervous about; well maybe a little, but everyone was new at some point. Get started in our CrossFit Basic Training program and learn the ropes. Then when you graduate to the regularly timetabled classes, the programming and exercises are scaleable and progressive, and our coaches will help you tailor the workouts to your current capability. We are a different kind of gym; one of quality training and skilled coaching. Our program is comprised of Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettlebells and basic gymnastics movements—we don’t do machines, and we don’t do gimmicks. Our certified CrossFit coaching staff have years of experience training clients in fitness and performance and we’re committed to the members who are our CrossFit community. Our training methods produce tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everyone in between. Your job is to “turn up” regularly and give us your best effort. We’ll take care of the rest.
