Jamie has been committed to fitness and human performance for the past 18 years, both as an amateur boxer and more recently as coach. He has 7 years active Navy service and a burning desire to push physical boundaries, breed mental strength and express both the human body and athletic mind.
In addition to Jamie’s academic achievements he has traveled extensively and been fortunate enough to be exposed to varied training methodologies and prestigious coaching roles, such as strength and conditioning coach for the Queensland under 21 softball team and the Trinity Beach AFL premiers.
Recently Jamie ran from Cairns to Townsville Queensland in three and a half days raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association and in the same month competed in 4 amateur boxing bouts.
Jamie is a realist; there are no magic weight loss potions, no super pills, no amazing machines that guarantee results in just 2 minutes a day…THERE ARE NO EXCUSES, NO REGRETS AND NO SUBSTITUTES FOR HARD WORK.
Jamie is available for personal coaching, boxing training and sports psychology consultations.
