At CrossFit Auckland we make getting started simple and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – CrossFit exercises are scaleable and progressive.
Get started in our CrossFit Induction program to learn the ropes, and then when you graduate to the regularly timetabled classes our coaches will help you tailor the workouts to your current capability.
