There are weights, balls, bars, Kettlebells, mats and miscellaneous equipment commonly associated with a gymnasiums and fitness studios that can be left around by participants during workouts. It is every person’s responsibility to anticipate these items being left in places where they can cause injury.

Application or reliance on the techniques, advice, ideas, and suggestions of any person associated with CrossFit Auckland, and/or posted on our web and blog site are at the sole discretion and risk of the participant. All visitors, guests and members of CrossFit Auckland Ltd are required to complete a Health Questionnaire and Waiver and Release of Liability before undertaking any physical activity on our grounds or premises, or under the supervision of CrossFit Auckland Coaches and representatives.
