Refer to the term specific timetable to confirm availability. Class numbers are capped and do sell out. We encourage parents to plan ahead and make term bookings in advance to avoid disappointment. Registration is by payment in full.

ABOUT CROSSFIT AUCKLAND KIDS & TEENS

What is CrossFit Kids? CrossFit Auckland Kids & Teens is CrossFit training specifically designed for kids (8 to 10 years), and teenagers (11-17 years). The CrossFit Auckland Kids & Teens program aims to provide fitness training at age appropriate levels, and focuses on making fitness fun. The skills and lessons your children learn in the classes will carry over into their everyday lives and provide strong building blocks as they grow into young adults.
