		<description>So good to be back after a week away!! Barbell Club was pretty tough, MSN not a forte!
WOD - squat snatches were a good (?!) twist, 124 RX.
 Pretty stoked with this considering im still a bit jet lagged, looking forward to the rest of the week, good to be home!!</description>

Damn you double unders!!!  Practice makes perfect, and I have improved, but still, damn you!!!
Quite enjoyed the hang squat snatch, but did go light (only 10kgs).  Was feeling more confident of getting through the double unders, didn&#039;t want to tire out on the snatches.  Not a game plan I will repeat :)</description>

Managed exactly 100 reps with a starting weight of 20kg, finished my set of 30 burpees with 15 seconds on the clock.

The movement started to feel a little more natural on the second half of the 30 snatches as the knees started to open up a lot more which naturally helped keep my back tight.</description>
