Kettlebell Skills Workshop Level 2

CrossFit Auckland Level 2 Kettlebell Skills workshop is presented by Alex Porter. This workshop covers advanced Kettlebell movements that can be readily applied to the CrossFit GPP prescription. The wealth of Kettlebell knowledge at CrossFit Auckland allows a broad understanding of both traditional Girevoy style, and the popular western Hardstyle.
Alex has used Kettlebells for numerous years in the conditioning of combat athletes. His CKT qualification was issued by Steve Cotter, a legend of the sport, under the IKFF federation. Alex has used his Kettlebell knowledge to good effect – from using Kettlebells in the design of CrossFit Auckland WODs to creating popular Team Training programs.
This course is open to Level 1 graduates interested in maximizing personal performance and acquiring advanced skills to be a proficient Kettlebell participant or to hone your skills as an instructor.
NOTE: It is a prerequisite to have attended Kettlebell Skills Workshop Level 1 before attending Level 2.
For CrossFitter’s, you will gain the ability to effectively execute Kettlebell exercises, quickly detect and correct common errors, and safely perform Kettlebell training. In addition, it will open up a world of Kettlebell techniques that will enhance your CrossFit training.
