The first I AM CROSSFIT for 2012!
In addition to the blend of Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastic skill clinics, there are several unique features to this intake:
- Saturday sessions are 75min, 11:15am to 12:30pm.
- The 30 Day Paleo Challenge is compulsory from the 1st to 30th March (you do not need to undergo the additional weigh in and baseline test). You will choose to what “level” you participate, and your adherence to that commitment is mandatory. Your registration fee is included in your I AM CROSSFIT program.
- Attendance to 3+ workouts mid week for the 8 weeks is also expected.

A ‘goal oriented’ development program for CrossFit Auckland members as an addition to your existing training regime, not as a stand alone package. We recommend having 12 weeks of CrossFit experience under your belt to ensure a sound base of technique to progress from.
I AM CROSSFIT begins and completes with body composition measurements and a series of bench mark fitness tests. Over the course of six 75 minute training sessions, we focus on polishing your technique and further progressing your CrossFit skills in a hands on workshop environment, each training session finishing with a WOD keeping up the intensity you’ve grown accustomed to.
We limit this challenge to 16 members with 2 coaches ensuring that everyone gets ample hands on time with a Coach. And the team environment will give you a further motivational kick in the pants!!
What about Nutrition?
Many participants of I AM CROSSFIT have used the eight week program as a time to re-focus on their nutritional needs, reaching new milestones in both their athletic performance and fat loss goals. The ultimate goal is to achieve a lifestyle that works for you ongoing.
