Some of Adams highlights

Adam was involved in many sports through primary school to present and has developed a passion for movement and its development. He is currently involved with Prem and Prem Reserve rugby, studying a post-grad in sport and exercise science focusing on youth development, and is a strength and conditioning coach at Rangitoto College. He has intentions to develop further professionally and personally to better serve the broader community.
It has always been in my nature to help others; I find joy in seeing others succeed. Some of the smallest tasks that I thought were minor to me, to others may be their Everest. It is for this reason I coach, to fortify one’s own self belief and accomplish things once thought out of reach, to contribute to that in some shape or form, gives me good reason to serve others.

Completing the 12 Hour Spartan Race with my good friend Eugenio Della Valle in Melbourne Australia, Adidas Auckland Marathon, Tough Guy and Gal Challenge, Competing at the CrossFit HPU Playoffs, First ever CrossFit Military Games as a civilian; but most of all – the change in the people that I have been lucky enough to work with.

Often talking to myself about something of interest, trying to rip yoghurt lids off in one clean swipe, creating menus for my dream bbq market setup, looking for the next place to explore and often in another country.

I believe fueling the soul through experiences is the most rewarding thing you can do.

I spend free time researching to learn about how other Coaches approach their respective disciplines.
