Alex Porter
Director of Physical Performance
Alex Porter is a strength and conditioning coach with a client base ranging from World Champion athletes to busy business professionals, celebrities to students and professional sports people to solo parents. Alex is a Co-Director of CrossFit Auckland Ltd, an affiliate of CrossFit® Inc. (USA), and an IKFF certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor.
Lisa O’Neill
Director & Coach
Lisa O’Neill brings over 17 years fitness industry experience spanning a range of roles and achievements from personal and group training to facility management, to fitness product development.
She specialises in Team and Group Training Innovation, previously for Les Mills New Zealand, where she spent over 7 years in senior management positions. Lisa is now Co-Director of CrossFit Auckland Ltd an affiliate of CrossFit® Inc. (USA).
Michael Roach
CrossFit Auckland Coach
Michael Roach – innovative Personal Trainer and one of New Zealand’s most advanced kettlebell coaches.
With a comprehensive background in personal training, 17 years experience in weight and resistance training, he has qualifications achieved in both USA and Australia which makes him one of the most advanced and experienced kettlebell instructors in New Zealand.
Antoinette van Burick
CrossFit Auckland Coach
Antoinette brings over 15 years experience in Coaching, Personal Training and Group Training. She obtained her national colours in both gymnastics and tumbling and so started her career in coaching at a young age. At 18 she managed her own gymnastics club and inspired and coached a national team of elite gymnasts.
She specialises in Pilates method and gymnastics, and is well known for her expertise in using the Pilates method to rehabilitate clients.
CrossFit Auckland Coaches
Coaches at CrossFit Auckland maintain a current First Aid/CPR certificate.
CrossFit Auckland Coaches are CrossFit Certified with qualifications in CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Football, CrossFit Kids, POSE running and Russian Kettlebell training.
