Always great to train with the 9 am crew. Got a PB on back squat by 1kg but I’ll take that.
Missed out on doing “Amanda” – one of my favourite WODs (yes I realise I’m not normal). On physio advice I’m resting my troubled shoulder for a short time so got to do 12-9-6 Front Squats @ 50kg followed by 25 GHD sit ups. Time 9:45
A) 70kg PR
B) 7:05 @25kg, TSMU

A) 120kg PR (5kg increase) – Finally got over the 115kg mark!
B) 10.48 at 25kg, jumping muscle ups. All my goats in one WOD, but was good to work on them
Well back from Raro and ready to go. Hope my team have been working hard and are ready for the gym class hero comp. I will be joining the 9am class tomorrow so look forward to seeing you WeeGee. So cool to be home and back to crossfit.

Weird day today. Totally up and down with my training.
Annie – 5:19 (First time I’ve done her…he he he)
Squat 1RM – 130kg (No change from last time)
Amanda – 5:19 (Ring Dips + 40kg Squat Snatches – Technique was diabolical! Could not even complete one rep with decent form. A real struggle! Couldn’t even get jumping Muscle Ups going. A total headfuck.)
Squat WOD – Run 800m + 100 KB Snatches @24kg Time – 8:18
BS: 115kg still a bit weak from injury
Amanda: 10:53 started with 60 but that quickly changed to 40.
Then a 800m run and 100 24kg kb snatches. Time unknown but freakn sore no training tomorrow.
Back squat – 130kg – ran out of time but had more in the tank.
Amanda – 12:34 – 40kg SQ SN
800mm Run 100 24kg KB snatches – 8.21
Ok night tonight but need to work on technique technique technique!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A little frustrated this week, haven’t been able to do all these awesome WOD’s due to a knee injury, however thanks to the awesome coaches i am still able to do sub workouts.
32.5kg strict shoulder press from behind the neck – a little disappointed, was hoping for 35kg

Needed to go heavier on Snatch but knee felt a bit dodgy, however i felt stronger in the dips and managed to do them unbroken, so happy with that.
Doing my first week of WODs – a lot to keep track of and I’m slightly confused but I love it
A) 65 kg (3RM)
B) 6:18 at 19kg (hang snatch), ring dips w blue band
Overall a night of PB’s at the box which is always good!

Annie . Did not quite finisb. Completed the first four out of the five rounds ,leaving only 20 single skips and 10 sit ups not done.
