Team Rosters

The team rosters for this weekend are nearly complete. We still require team names from many of you. The team rosters can be found HERE.

Event ONE 9:30am

“TREVOR”
For time:

  • 300 Pull-Ups
  • 400 Push-Ups
  • 500 Sit-Ups
  • 600 Squats

All team members will be working together at the same time to complete the work. Work can be partitioned however you like.

There is a 30 minute time cap. Any incomplete reps will be converted into seconds and added to team score, EG at 30:00 time cap [team] has 14 pull-ups and 3 push-ups remaining, their score is 30:17.

Team Event Registration Fee

Registration is by donation. Funds raised will purchase equipment for the club. Eftpos or cash on the day.

“What are we Fundraising for?”
More equipment for you all to play with! The plan is working: you are all getting STRONGER. The flip-side to that is we need more weight for you to lift! Last week we added another Barbell and 85kgs of small plates (2.5kg & 5kg plates respectively). Next week we’re going to order you guys more Barbells and a further 600 kilograms of bumper plates.

These additions are in the vicinity of $4k. The event goal is to raise a contribution through registration donations.

It's official: Debbie's a badass.

A. Strength

  • A1. Weighted Ring Dips AHAP x 5 x 5, rest 60 sec.
  • A2. Weighted STRICT Pullups AHAP x 5 x 5, rest 60 sec.

If you’re not yet strong enough to add weight, obviously scale back to a place where you will be challenged to develop strength.

B. Weightlifting

  • 20 minutes Snatch practice/testing.

Work whatever portion is your biggest struggle. If you feel you have “perfect” technique you may work up to a few heavy/maximal singles.
