As I write this Debbie is sitting in 7th overall, which qualifies her well into the top 12 for a shot at the final day of competition. She needs to edge back into the top six to have a berth in the final later today though. Watch this space.

Got too see ya in action on the home Comp Debs, couldn’t believe me luck, just tuned in and about 5 min later they announced in “Lane Nine” Debbie Downing (I think it was lane nine) Fantastic effort mate, don’t be hard on yourself ( I know your brutal on your self) celebrate all that hard work and what ya achieved – that you got to do what hardcore Crossfitters all over the planet only dream about, fantastic job mate, look forward too catching up with ya, safe flight home

PJ 85 had one go at it, but flagged it, me left ankle is held together by screws etc, so makes any of the movements where ya gota kinda bend and straighten scary cos me left foot starts lift the heel miles before the right one does as your startin to bend

Great workout working with Karen and Megan. The ever watchful Lisa keeping an eye on me and shouting no rep. I thought you were tired Lisa? You still managed to see everything that was going on.
Well done Deb I watched you all weekend and was so proud of you. You have managed something that most of us can only dream about. You must have heard me screaming at the TV all the way in the US. 7th fittest in the world how fantastic. Be proud and enjoy the achievement. You will remember it for ever, that is until you go back again next year and smash your record.
