Hi gang, so I’m injured. Officially. Chiropractor has ordered rest for a few weeks so I won’t be at the box till late August. Boo hoo. My own fault, I think I got sloppy form on my dead lifts last week and made a hash of my back. A week by the pool in Fiji is just what the doctor ordered. Oh… And cocktails. Later x

XLR8 was 1 minute Kettle Bell swings x 10 rounds every odd minute.
5 x 1 min 8 count bodybuilders first 5 even minutes.
You could rest if you finished before the minute was up. Ha!
5 x 1 min Burpees last 5 even minutes.
You counted your accumulated KB swings for the 10 rounds.
I had a brain fart (may be jocularly derived from “brain infarction”) is slang for a special kind of abnormal brain activity which results in human error while performing a repetitive task,
or more generally denoting a degree of mental laxity or any task-related forgetfulness.
Hence I lost count after 2 rounds!
Also all the ladies are moving on up to 16Kgs and I got stuck with my newly discovered 20Kg friend which tried to take me out more than once.
Slippery little barstool after you build up a sweat!

Just want to say that my alarm just went off for Coaching my beloved Barbell Club. I miss you all. Kick arse Oly lifting tonight peeps. Sux arse having man flue. Yes, I’m positive its man flue cause I want to die!
