Next weekend is CrossFit Games weekend! We’ll be open to CFAK members all weekend, with the upstairs area set-up with a big screen watching all the action all weekend long. We’ll hit all the workouts we can replicate too!

So clear your schedule, pack multiple changes of clothes, bring your sleeping bag and slippers, stock-up your chilly bin (or the gym fridge!) and come hang out!
