CrossFit Auckland 9AMers going off during yesterday's triplet!
Workout-of-the-Day
In teams of two, perform As Many Rounds as Possible in 16 minutes of:
- 10 Shoulder to Overhead anyhow 60/42.5kg
- 15 Pull-ups
- 20 Double-unders
Partner A performs rounds of the triplet as above while partner B runs 400m carrying a sandbag (men carry 20-25kg, women carry 10-15kg). When the running partner returns they switch places, partner B carrying on from where partner A left off. Total rounds completed for score.

Finally got a pic of Logan from his last fight (the big bully LOL). The poor fella didn't like Logan's right hand very much. Turns out Logan's right hand didn't like him either!












had to cancel today sick in bed. Looks like a great workout. Hope to be better by monday

Good workout, 2 of my goats Yay! No double under’s yet even though I have my own skipping rope just need to find time to practice. (Who needs to sleep anyway, It;s highly overrated)

Pull-ups, tried the green band but no way I was gonna get to 15 so back to black..
Teamed up with a visitor so hopefully I didn’t put her off.
Really enjoying my running improvements and so are my dogs. Even with 20Kg sandbag.
Birthday present shopping for my wife, perhaps a CFAK membership? I’ll try and get her along one day for a trial.
We have an induction program starting on Tue Craig. Only one for July. Not too late to sign her up and seize the day.

Started with 7am CrossFit Women and 8am team workouts. There’s an awesome team of people having their final induction program today – you folks will get to meet them in the Big Kids classes this week – make sure you introduce yourself to any new faces you see around the club.

thanks guys for the good wishes. I feel like crap. but lots of soup, water and lemsip and I hope I will be ok to train again on Monday. Just have to be patient and and wait for it to take its course
