  • Kicking up un-assisted
  • Handstand holds
  • Without a wall
  • Paralettes
  • Hand-release handstand push-ups
  • Handstand walking… and turning corners

B. MetCon
5 Rounds for time:

  • 6 Squat Clean Thrusters 60/42.5kg
  • 12 Burpees
C. Midline/Posterior Chain
  • 100 Hollow Rocks
  • 3 x 15 Good Mornings
